Henry Tung, M.D.

Dr. Tung is an executive professor of business administration with a focus on health care. His interests are in the industry sectors of health care, namely medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. He participates in the executive education program, is active in industry relations and has teaching interests in technology development and business development.

Prior to joining Simon School, Dr. Tung was corporate vice president, global leader of the surgical business at Bausch & Lomb where he was responsible for the Surgical Business profit and loss strategy, strategic marketing, product management, research and development portfolio and business development. He joined Bausch & Lomb from Boston Scientific where he held the position of vice president, business development. Prior to Boston Scientific, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and practiced medicine as an anesthesiologist in the Midwest and California.
