At Simon we take great pride in making recruiting with us a productive, positive, and enjoyable experience. Our Career Management Center staff is the host for your visit: from advertising your event to students and coordinating your catering to managing your interview daily interview schedules, we cover the details so you can focus on our students. Whether interviewing for internships or full-time employment, one candidate or twenty, we will assist you in identifying talent to exceed your expectations.
Holding a company presentation to Simon students and potential candidates prior to your interview dates gives you the chance to share information about your corporate culture, employment opportunities, and position requirements. Many companies use these presentations to pre-screen candidates before the interview. Information Sessions can be held as lunchtime or evening events, and the CMC office can provide you with catering information and classroom A/V capabilities.

Representatives from your company offer short, 15-20 minute sessions to answer individual student questions about their company, function and industry and for corporate partners to learn about the students and their potential fit with this career at your organization. Also allows for corporate representatives to act as a mentor the student by providing feedback, which builds a long-term connection.

Guests host a one hour session to sit with a small group of students in a casual setting and discuss their progression throughout the career, talk about lessons they have learned, and offer their perspective by answering student questions.

The Simon School encourages creativity in interacting with students so that you can highlight the culture and the attributes of your company that makes you unique within your industry. Your event will be coordinated & managemd by Career Management Center staff. Past events have included: Special themed networking breakfasts and happy hours, case competitions, locally arranged themed events, charitable connections, student club collaboration, expert panel discussions, and keynote addresses

The Career Management Center staff provides a variety of formats for companies to connect with students and conduct interviews. We handle the application and interview process from start to finish, and manage the communication between students and employers. It is our goal to make the process easy to participate in for both the students and the employers, and for Simon students to be presented in the most positive light possible.

Unable to make the trip to Rochester, but still interested in putting your company in the Simon spotlight? Most of the events listed above can be hosted by your company without setting foot on campus. 2. Select your preferred dates for your recruiting event and/or on-campus interviews.
3. Send us your job posting or upload directly to SimonWorks, powered by Symplicity. Resumes and application materiels will be sent directly to you, once the application deadline has passed.
4. Consider requesting access to our resume books and browse resumes all year long.
5. Select your candidates and interview format and forward to us - we'll handle the rest and send your completed schedule in advance.
6. Simply show up on the date of your event – we’ll be waiting!
