Center for Leadership Development

When William E. Simon spoke to the goal of seeing his namesake school "emerge as a leader and a path breaker in higher education" - an institution to which competitors would increasingly look for ideas, inspiration, and direction," he was breeding a culture of leadership. The goal of the Center for Leadership Development is to realize William Simon's vision of Simon Graduate School of Business as a "Leader and a path breaker in higher education."

Mission: Provide a focus for Leadership at the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, where students can seek out Leadership instruction and development, and where the Simon Community can create, research, and disseminate the future standards of corporate Leadership.

Vision: The William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration is the Leader in Business Administration. Simon educates and develops its students to be the acknowledged experts in business Leadership. Together the Simon Community defines and continually advances the standards for excellence in business Leadership and education. Simon treasures and upholds ethical Leadership, teamwork, and practices and promotes integrity in all facets of business administration.
