Some of the most important decisions in health care aren’t medical decisions. They’re business decisions. And there is a serious shortage of people who are truly equipped to make them. That’s why the Simon Graduate School of Business offers a variety of part-time programs in Health Sciences Management:
Our M.B.A. with a concentration in health sciences management (HSM) provides students knowledge of the key business institutions of health care, a strong grounding in core business management skills together with the ability to apply these skills to contemporary health industry problems. The health M.B.A. program can be taken on a full-time or part-time basis.
Our Masters of Medical Management (MMM) provides a more flexible schedule for busy health care professionals who seek business skills for managing the delivery of health care services. It practical and project-based curriculum is designed for professionals managing in the health services sector.
Our health care degree programs are designed for professionals throughout the health care industry, including clinicians (physicians, nurses, therapists), scientists, financial and marketing experts, consultants and many others. A Simon School health sciences management degree is grounded in the core business principles that are relevant to each of these groups.
