Simon Health Sciences Club

Simon Health Sciences (SHS) provides opportunities to support and develop student interest in pursuing careers in businesses related to health care and life sciences, including biotechnology and genomics, provider side, pharmaceuticals, information and medical technology, venture capital, consulting, and investment banking. Club-sponsored speakers, executive seminars, recruiting trips, alumni visits, and outreach help cultivate students’ understanding of the rapidly changing health care environment and provide numerous networking opportunities.

SHS also participates in hosting an annual National Health Sciences Recruiting and Educational Symposium. The past events have attracted students from Simon and other schools including Rice University, Carnegie Mellon, the University of Maryland, and the College of William and Mary. Participating companies have included Bausch + Lomb, Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, Geisinger Health System, Jennings Ryan & Kolb, Kodak Health Imaging, and others.
