This event is for US under-represented minority candidates interested in pursuing an MBA.

Programming for the weekend includes a student/alumni panel discussion, a faculty panel discussion, a Simon Career Management Center presentation, a tour of the University of Rochester and Simon School facilities, and social activities. Optional alumni admissions interviews are also offered. Simon is a member of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management—a partnership between 17 top MBA programs and corporate sponsors to increase under-represented minorities within graduate business programs and corporations. Simon has been a Member of the Consortium for over 40 years.
