Orientation provides an introduction to academic requirements, program format, a review of our instructional technology, intense team building, and academic content.
The team building sessions are designed to provide the tools necessary for your study team to become a high performing work team as soon as possible in the program.

Be sure to have your laptop computer and IT credentials (NetID, Simon e-mail and passwords) available during Orientation. Please refer to the Simon Technology Services information in order to ensure your laptop is prepared for use in the program.
On-site activities may involve having pictures taken for the photo roster, for which you will need to wear business attire.. Business casual attire is appropriate for the remaining on-site orientation activities. On-site team building events may include walking around campus. Please wear comfortable shoes. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
On-campus activities will be held on the University of Rochester's River Campus, in Schlegel Hall, Room 103. Parking is in Zone 3 (south portion of Park Lot - look for the signage). You must print out the Orientation Parking Pass and display it on your dashboard during Friday Orientation.

On Saturdays, parking is "open", meaning that you are not assigned to a specific lot; however, you should avoid any lots or spaces with red signs (indicating "reserved" or "premium".)
Information about meals and social activities will be posted as it becomes available
Please fill out the Response Form a minimum of two weeks prior to Orientation.
