Every component of our MBA program was designed with your career goals in mind—small class sizes, an elite cohort, an analytics-based curriculum, and expert career coaching. Our innovative Integrated Student Experience intentionally links your coursework, co-curricular activities, and career search to ensure you are market-ready for your internship and full-time job.
You can choose to focus your studies in one of ten specializations in which your coursework will align with your short-term career goals. Or, you can follow our General Management track to choose from a broad selection of courses. You’re also able to pursue one of ten minors, which will complement the coursework in your specialization and round out your skills and functional training.
In addition, Simon was the first business school in the US with a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math)-designated option for each of its full-time MBA specializations. A STEM-designated MBA can help you stand out in the job market and gives international students the ability to extend their Optional Practical Training (OPT) for an additional 24 months, for a total of three years of US work eligibility without H1B sponsorship.
