I-20/DS-2019 Request Submission Process

  1. Check back this spring for details!

Important Information

We will only begin processing I-20 materials after your full enrollment deposit has been received (refer to your admission letter for the amount). Note: your enrollment deposit cannot be used as proof of financial support.

We process I-20/DS2019 documents on a first come, first served basis, so the earlier you deposit, the sooner we can begin processing your request and the more time you will have to visit the US Embassy and secure your student visa.

We are unable to accept I-20 request forms or supporting documentation via email. For your protection, all materials must be submitted via the secure application.

From the time we receive your documents, please allow a minimum of three weeks for us to prepare and issue your I-20/DS-2019. During the busy season, be prepared to wait up to four weeks.

Once all the requirements are met, we will keep you informed of your status by sending you the following status notification emails:

  • When your I-20/DS-2019 materials are being sent to the International Services Office (ISO). We ask that you confirm your mailing address at this time. Please verify the address we have on file (included in the email) is accurate to ensure receipt of your I-20. Reply to the email outreach within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • When your certificate of eligibility (COE) is complete and being prepared for shipment. This email will include your SEVIS number, allowing you to schedule your visa appointment in advance of the package's arrival. In addition to your COE, your mailed package will also include a University Health History form for your completion.
