We will begin accepting I-20 requests in early spring. You will be notified via email when we are prepared to begin processing your requests. At that time, please read this page in its entirety. It contains important instructions and timelines as well as helpful information to make the I20/DS2019 submission process as smooth as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we enroll the incoming class.
We will only begin processing I-20 materials after your full enrollment deposit has been received (refer to your admission letter for the amount). Note: your enrollment deposit cannot be used as proof of financial support.
We process I-20/DS2019 documents on a first come, first served basis, so the earlier you deposit, the sooner we can begin processing your request and the more time you will have to visit the US Embassy and secure your student visa.
We are unable to accept I-20 request forms or supporting documentation via email. For your protection, all materials must be submitted via the secure application.
From the time we receive your documents, please allow a minimum of three weeks for us to prepare and issue your I-20/DS-2019. During the busy season, be prepared to wait up to four weeks.
Once all the requirements are met, we will keep you informed of your status by sending you the following status notification emails:
