Benet Center Onboarding

Now that you have committed to Simon, your business school journey begins -- starting with a focus on your personal career path. Students who are prepared early have greater success. To ensure your successful start, we created an online program called Benet Center Onboarding.

Benet Center Onboarding delivers career prep and professional development training that will serve you no matter where your career takes you. Through online modules, webinars, and Personal and Career Development courses, you’ll learn how to make a stand-out first impression at key events, manage the job search process, and hone your strengths to become a career-ready prospect.

Benet Center Onboarding is located on the computer site “Blackboard” where many of your class schedules and content reside. Prior to your arrival at Simon, you will be asked to complete a series of modules—by Orientation. The goal is to get you “career-ready” so you can participate professionally in career fairs and recruiting events in the early fall and throughout the year. Benet Center Onboarding will be followed by “Career Education” classes, which will provide professional development and greater detail about the career management and job search processes.
