I20/DS2019 Submission

Fall 2021 Entry

We will begin accepting I-20 requests in early spring. You will be notified via email when we are prepared to begin processing your requests. At that time, please read this page in its entirety. It will contain important instructions and timelines as well as helpful information to make the I20/DS2019 submission process as smooth as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we enroll the current incoming class.

Spring 2021 Entry

We are currently accepting I-20 requests. Please read the below information for important details.

Expenses

I-20/DS-2019 Request Submission Process

  1. Pay your full enrollment deposit.
Please note that it will take 1–2 business days for your enrollment deposit to be processed and for you to be granted access to upload your documents.
  2. Log in to your ApplyYourself online application.
  3. Select the "View Application" icon.
  4. Go to the Post-Submission section using the left navigation. Select "Deposited Full-Time Students Only."
  5. Complete the "MS Non-internship vs. Internship Track" selection. Note: you will not be allowed to submit your request until this step is complete.
  6. In the I-20 and DS-2019 Form Submission section, carefully read all instructions and upload the proper documents into their respective categories.
  7. Once complete, select the "Yes" button in the verification section near the bottom of the screen and select “Save.”

Important Information

We will only begin processing I-20 materials after your full enrollment deposit has been received (refer to your admission letter for the amount).

We process I-20/DS2019 documents on a first come, first served basis, so the earlier you deposit, the sooner we can begin processing your request and the more time you will have to visit the US Embassy and secure your student visa.

We are unable to accept I-20 request forms or supporting documentation via email. For your protection, all materials must be submitted via the secure application.

From the time we receive your documents, please allow a minimum of three weeks for us to prepare and issue your I-20/DS-2019. During the busy season, be prepared to wait up to four weeks.

Once all the requirements are met, we will keep you informed of your status by sending you the following status notification emails:

  • When your I-20/DS-2019 materials are being sent to the International Services Office (ISO). We ask that you confirm your mailing address at this time. Please verify the address we have on file (included in the email) is accurate to ensure receipt of your I-20. Reply to the email outreach within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • When your certificate of eligibility (COE) is complete and being prepared for shipment. This email will include your SEVIS number, allowing you to schedule your visa appointment in advance of the package's arrival. In addition to your COE, your mailed package will also include a University Health History form for your completion.
