Enrollment Guide

Prepare your success from the start.

The most successful students lay the groundwork before they set foot in their first class. Use the following Enrollment Guide to complete your pre-arrival tasks and become a Simon student.

Determine Financing Options Prior to paying deposit

Pay Non-Refundable Enrollment Deposit By Credit Card

By enrollment response deadline in admission letter
Initialize NetID You will receive account information from Simon Technology Services (STS) a week or two after paying your enrollment deposit. UR employees can use their already existing NetID, but please watch for the account information from STS, as it will include information about your Simon School email.
Complete Onboarding Process in UR Student system. This includes the University Payment Responsibility Agreement. You will receive prompts via email to log in to update or confirm some information and forms.
Register for Review Courses

Required for some students (refer to your admission letter). Optional for other students.

Complete Immunization Compliance Report

Submit the form for Part-time Students. URMC employees who have health history records on file should read through the FAQs for information about accessing these records and having them sent to University Health Services.

Complete Matrix Insights Interaction Styles Lens Watch for an e-mail from the Simon School in July or August. The Interaction Styles Lens is used for team-building activities at Orientation.
Complete Bio Form. Information will be shared with classmates and faculty to help you to get to know one another. Submit one week prior to Orientation at the latest.
Prepare for Orientation and submit Orientation Response Form (forthcoming) August
Prepare for Digital Textbooks Review the requirements and make sure you are set up for digital textbooks.
