Vince's career in client services has spanned the evolution of modern marketing: primary and syndicated research, the 1990's quality movement, today's data-driven customer focus. His work has centered on leveraging customer knowledge for actionable opportunity and long-run success. Among hundreds of client engagements are Apple, Bank One, Disney, GM, IBM, Kellogg’s, Matsushita, Mitsubishi, P&G, Sony, Sprint, 3M, Xerox. He served as director of customer knowledge in the agency arm of Acxiom Corp, and before that, director of strategic research and planning at the American Society for Quality. He began his career in film and media production, before a 15-year stint growing and leading a primary market research firm focused on B2B media, communications, entertainment and publishing industries. He is also founder and past president of Honor Flight Rochester, a community-driven organization honoring aging veterans.
