Portrait of Lisa Morris '98S (MBA)

Recognized for building high-performing teams, developing talent, and delivering results, Lisa Morris brings 25 years of experience building global beauty, personal care, and health businesses with general management, marketing, and digital expertise. She spent 20 years with L’Oréal between London, Paris, and New York City, where she worked with globally recognized beauty brands such as Maybelline, Garnier, L’Oréal Paris, and L’Oréal Professionnel. 
 
Recently, Lisa served as the general manager of US Consumer Business at Galderma, owning the dermatological skincare brands Cetaphil and Differin, launching a dermatologist-focused skincare professional sales force, ensuring strong reach and frequency of health care professionals, and pioneering an analytics-first framework to diagnose and use problem-solving methodology to ensure clarity on business results. Prior to that she was vice president and head of marketing of Personal Health North America at Philips. During her time at Philips, Lisa transformed the business’s structure by initiating the development of new channels, including subscription and social Commerce, in addition to creating a fully integrated marketing arm with four strong category teams to own the consumer journey end to end.
 
As president and CEO of Pierre Fabre Group, USA, Lisa focuses on growing and scaling all brands within the portfolio, such as René Furterer, Glytone, Klorane, and Hemangeol, with particular attention to Eau Thermal Avène, and also ensuring Pierre Fabre’s global Green Mission is implemented across several business touchpoints.
