A foundational knowledge of the American legal system is essential for business owners, fiduciaries, and accountants. This course covers the basic structure of the United States legal system along with a detailed overview of contract law and business enterprises formation and governance. There is a particular emphasis on partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies.
