Non-degree programs
Flexible Options for Busy Professionals
Simon’s non-degree programs offer flexible, graduate-level learning designed for working professionals who want to build in-demand skills without committing to a full degree. These options provide practical, immediately applicable knowledge that can advance your career or serve as a steppingstone toward future study.

Graduate Certificates
Rapid changes in health care demand strong business and management skills. Simon’s graduate certificates build expertise in Leadership, Finance, Strategy & Marketing, or Analytics and AI through three 7-week courses. Credits from up to two certificates may be applied toward select Simon degree programs, creating a flexible pathway to advanced study.

Open Courses
Advance your skills on your terms with Simon’s Open Courses—flexible, 2.5–3 credit graduate-level classes you can take individually with no long-term commitment. You'll study alongside degree-seeking graduate students, benefiting from the same rigorous curriculum and expert faculty. Explore business fundamentals, analytics, or professional skill building, and even apply credits toward a future Simon degree or certificate.

Microcredentials
These flexible, low-commitment courses are designed for busy professionals. Each offering includes three 90-minute class sessions and about 10 hours of independent work, delivered online or in person. Participants gain practical skills in areas like AI, pricing, and leadership—stackable and customizable to support professional growth or advanced study.
