Jane Kaye, MBA, has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare financial management, consulting, and teaching. Jane is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Health Administration program at Rutgers University, where she focuses on core finance course. Jane is also the President of Healthcare Finance Advisors, a consulting firm that provides strategic financial planning, revenue cycle improvement strategies, and fiscal management services for healthcare entities. Jane is a former health system Chief Financial Officer who had direct responsibility for financial reporting, financial operations, and all facets of the revenue cycle.
Jane is active in industry and community organizations. She is the former chair of the Healthcare Employees Federal Credit Union and the Freehold Public Library, and she sits on several other industry and community boards.
Jane holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
