Health Care Leadership Program
Application Deadline: May 2, 2025
Designed for University of Rochester Medical Center physicians, the Health Care Leadership Development Program (HCLDP) offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your business acumen and strengthen your health care management skills, without the commitment of a full graduate degree program.
The program’s targeted curriculum is taught by Simon Business School faculty and is designed to yield maximum results while meeting the needs of a busy, health care leader audience. Split into four modules, the program focuses on various aspects of health care administration: leadership, finance, strategic management, and quality/performance improvement. Each module consists of one cohort-based weekend session, leveraging networking opportunities and interactive education; additional content is delivered through asynchronous assignments.
Admission priority is given to URMC leaders who plan to pursue all four modules. Applications will be considered on a space available basis for candidates who wish to pursue three or fewer modules. Cohort size is limited; applicants are encouraged to apply early
