DBA Faculty Feature: Huaxia Rui

Join us for an engaging conversation about the intersection of data, leadership, and business innovation with one of Simon’s renowned DBA faculty members, Huaxia Rui. Professor Rui will share insights from his research in AI and social media, while also highlighting how the Doctor of Business Administration program helps professionals turn research into impact in their own organizations. Professor Rui is the Xerox Chair Professor and an affiliated faculty at Goergen Institute for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Rochester. He is interested in AI, economics, and social media and has published in academic journals in information systems, economics, and management. His research has been covered in media including Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal. Rui received his PhD from UT Austin and his bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University.
