What’s one thing you wish alumni understood about today’s Graduate Business Council (GBC) and how it supports the Simon community?
That support for students has to come from current students and those who have already graduated. We all work together to create an ecosystem of guidance, support, and tradition.
As a GBC leader, what is one priority you are most excited to advance for students this year?
A relationship with the career center where students feel heard, supported, and understood.
What has been the best part of your Simon experience so far?
Going on the Brazil immersion trip this past spring! I made some of my favorite memories there.
Tell us about an internship or experiential learning project that positively shaped your professional journey.
My summer internship at Mars has been my first real “corporate experience” and it has truly been amazing. The work is challenging in the best way, and the culture feels unbeatable.
Share a bit about your career plans or, if applicable, what scholarship support has meant to you personally and professionally.
I am working towards becoming a brand manager within the CPG space. I was only able to come to Simon, become part of GBC and secure my internship with Mars because of the scholarship I received.
