We are excited to share information about our employment results for the MBA Class of 2024 and internship outcomes for the MBA Class of 2025.

The results reflect our ongoing desire and commitment to facilitate excellent career outcomes for all of our graduates. The data include both domestic and international graduates and speak to the hard work and determination of our students, the strong support provided by our Benet Career Management Center and passionate alumni network, and the value of the Simon MBA. Overview of MBA Class of 2024 Outcomes:

  • 91% of our graduates who were job seeking accepted employment within six months of graduation
  • The average total compensation is $155,563
  • Our most popular post-MBA functions are Marketing/Sales (27.1%), Finance/Accounting (23.5%), and Consulting (18.8%)
  • Class of 2024 graduates are employed in a variety of industries, with Technology (25.9%), Financial Services (17.6%), and Healthcare (15.3%) being the most popular
  • Hiring companies for full-time employment include Actel Advisory Group, Amazon, Citigroup, Garlock, M&T Bank, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, UBS, Vanguard, Verizon, and Western Digital, among many others

As you plan for your MBA, we encourage you to apply by our March 31 deadline to get a jump-start on important Simon onboarding activities and receive your admission decision by May 15. International students will also have the chance to get an earlier start on the I-20 process.

Keep in mind that applying early—as soon as you've finalized your strongest application—will increase your opportunity for merit-based scholarship consideration.
