Our mission at Simon’s Benet Career Management Center (Benet Center) is to prepare every one of our students for long term career success, not just for their next job. We are committed to the success of every Simon graduate, and that includes providing career advisory support to help you determine—and reach—your professional aspirations.
Simon’s Benet Career Peers (BCPs) are trained MBA students who are available to advise you on topics like choosing the right internship, building a job search strategy, interviewing, crafting your résumé, and preparing to enter a specific industry.
Your MS Career Consultant will be available to provide both group support and one-on-one assistance from the day you arrive at Simon. With their in-depth experience of corporate culture, career path options, hiring needs and practices, and more, they are excellent resources to help you further your professional goals. They’ll come to know your technical and interpersonal strengths and how to use those unique attributes to position yourself for success.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Meg’s experience at the University of Rochester began as one of the first students to graduate from the undergraduate business program. Highlights during her time at the U of R included playing Varsity Women’s Basketball (reaching the NCAA Final Four in 2010), working with student athletic clubs to secure funding for activities, and being a member of the first pledge class inducted into the co-ed business fraternity (Alpha Kappa Psi) on campus.
After graduation, Meg joined Goldman Sachs in NYC as lead MBA campus recruiter for their Investment Banking Division, responsible for hiring over 75 summer associates each year. She later transitioned to experienced hire recruiting, supporting efforts for Investment Banking, Internal Audit, and the build-out of the new Retail Deposits business across all levels.
