Steve Kubiak

Steve Kubiak is a Product Strategy Manager at Paychex. He previously led the Marketing Data Science team at Paychex and served as the Director of Analytics at the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority. He specializes in turning data into actionable information with a focus on visualization. Kubiak is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of directors and as chair of the Finance Committee for Mercy Flight Central, a non-profit air ambulance service based in Canandaigua, NY and on the Emerging Leaders Advisory Council for the United Way of Rochester. Originally from Buffalo, NY; Kubiak earned his MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester and holds Bachelors of Science degrees in both Applied Mathematics & Statistics and Digital Arts & Sciences from Clarkson University, in Potsdam, NY.
