Biography
Andrea Menini is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Padua (Italy). His research interests include disclosure, IPOs, fair value accounting, and governance mechanisms in non-for-profit organizations. He has published in journals such as the Review of Accounting Studies, European Journal of Finance, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, and Nonprofit Management and Leadership. He teaches courses in financial accounting, intermediate accounting, financial statement analysis, and business planning.
