Jeffrey Donlon
Mr. Donlon is currently a Partner and Senior Consultant with Catapult Solutions Group, an M&A and business transition advisory boutique, also based in Rochester. At Catapult, Mr. Donlon works with private middle-market business owners on strategic, financial, risk management, operational, and business exit planning matters. Prior to Catapult, Mr. Donlon had a successful 21-year career at Rochester-based investment firm Manning & Napier, including having served as Managing Director of two equity research teams and as Portfolio Manager on client equity-only & multi-asset class portfolios. Mr. Donlon earned his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA).

Mr. Donlon's goal is to bring a real-world, practical perspective to the classroom. His teaching interests lie in providing students with the knowledge and experiential opportunity to bridge academic theory and application in the investment management and corporate marketplace.
